In the event of snow / adverse weather it is our intention to keep school open when possible, but in the unfortunate event of closure, we will notify you in the following ways:

Links with the Church/Community
We are very proud to be a Church School and our links with the parish are very strong. The Vicar is a regular presence round the School, leading worship weekly and supporting whenever needed. The whole School presents special services in the Church on a number of occasions during the year to celebrate the major Christian festivals. Parents are invited to share in these services with us.
Parent Teacher Association
The School has a very hard working PTA made up from parents and teachers and is open to all parents. Meetings are held once during each term when arrangements are made for fundraising and social events. The money raised enables the School to purchase equipment and resources that further enrich the children’s education.
The PTA have had an extremely successful term. Our new committee is :

We also have a wonderful army of helpers who support events. Successful events this term have included a disco, christmas coffee morning, designing and selling a cotton bag, half-term nature activity/quiz. Funds raised from the Christmas coffee morning enabled us to purchase a wooden log train for the Outdoor Area which will be delivered soon.
